Use the new VIDA store to create an account and purchase VIDA subscriptions for your independent workshop.

(Existing independent workshop users): You will be required to create a new login the first time you visit the store by clicking Register Account. An email has been distributed with a direct link to the registration.

You are required to use the exact same email address as used previously on the legacy TIS portal when registering your account.

If you have received an invitation email, create your new login using the same email address that received the invitation.

(New customers): Click Register Account and then request a customer account before you can purchase a VIDA subscription.

To purchase and download software to vehicles, independent operators need to contact an authorized Volvo dealer (even if the VIDA subscription includes the software ordering and download package).
